GOV RENDELL THERE IS A LOT OF TALK ABOUT THE DEBT AND DEFICIT. I KNOW YOU WANT TO CREATE JOBS THRU INFRASTRUCTURE REBUILDING IN ALL AREAS. THERE IS A SOLUTION: THE PRESIDENT HAS IT IN HIS HANDS. IF HE CAN SEND TROOPS TO WAR HE AS COMMANDER IN CHIEF CAN BRING THEM HOME AND INSTEAD OF DISCHARGING THESE TROOPS [AND CONTRACTORS] ORDER THEM TO THE REBUILDING OF THE USA. HE WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH UNEMPLOYED SOLDIERS AND WILL NOT NEED THE CONGRESS TO APPROVE. SPEND THE WAR $$$$$$$$$$$AT HOME. ………AUGI
